Worst place ever management would not help us. Would never go back they were extra rude. Don't go there trust me

This particular KFC is very poorly managed and does NOT service customers satisfactorily. They are almost always out of white meat. Today, they have a sign on the front door stating that they are awaiting a delivery and all they have is dark meat. This is ridiculous and the franchisee needs to find another line of work, OR, start managing his people. We will now use the KFC at 9200 W. Union Hills. Not as convenient but can be relied upon to get the job done right and treat customers as if they are appreciated. The store mentioned above is bringing great discredit to the KFC name. Would be interested in hearing what happens to this complaint.
