I just moved across the country, from Glendale all the way to Atlanta, Georgia. I miss the excellent service I received from the guys at Jones tire. My car stayed in Arizona and I insisted my brother who is using my car, take her to Jones for anything and everything. Mechanics are just a different breed out here, take care of my baby Jones!

I recently took my Honda into Jones Auto for an alternator problem. I was surprised at how helpful they were and how quickly they were able to diagnose the problem. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need either. I was able to get all my questions answered and felt so good about my experience with them. Vickie and Bob were very friendly and I will go back in the future

Bob Jones the owner is a stand up guy. Very nice and understanding. Offers honest and honest service. Its my second visit and I feel comfortable coming to him with all my car troubles.

We have bought tires from them several times as well as getting our cars fixed, but the last time we bought tires we were buying bigger tires. They put them on the rims for no additional charge. Once they gave us a free spare for a little trailer. They are just nice people with good prices. I will certainly buy from them again.

Bob Jones is a wonderful man! He is very honest, forward, and doesn't buy cheap parts that won't last. His prices are reasonable as well. His main concerns are that the customers are happy and SAFE! The only problem we have had is that Bob has a lot on his plate. Sometimes he has trouble keeping things straight, like what we had discussed beforehand, or simply calling us to let us know that the car is done, progress made, etc. I would love to continue taking our car to Jones and no one else ever again, but we think that it is time for Bob to relax in retirement. We know he would recommend another shop just as honest and friendly as his!

I have been a customer of Jones Auto and Tire for the past 17 years. They do the work on both of our cars. They have kept my 1992 Volvo running like it was new. I have found Bob, the owner, to be a wonderful, honest, and friendly person. Duane, his lead mechanic really knows his stuff. The rest of the staff both mechanics and tire guys are always helpful and friendly. My wife does not mind taking her car in when she has a question. I have recommended Jones Auto and Tire to many of the young ladies I teach with and they rave about how comfortable they feel in this shop. You can not go wrong by bringing your car to Jones Auto and Tire. Pros: Nice people

I Had a nail in tire and was able to get appointment in same day with an oil change. Thanks to the owner and his team for such awesome work.

I have been a customer of Jones Tire and Auto for years now. These guys really know how to treat both cars and their customers. On separate occasions they have gone above and beyond to get my car and I in and out of the shop as quickly as possible.

These guys know how to take excellent care of their customers. The service is usually fast and always honest. Its great to know businesses are still run honestly in our crazy world.

I have a real hard time believing some of these negative posts. I have been a customer of Jones Tire for years and have never had a problem with them. Yes, the office might be a little messy but the good news is you are not paying them to be tidy, you are paying them to take care of your vehicle. Duane really knows his way around any car.

I used to live right by Jones tire so I anytime I needed something to do with my car, Jones was the spot. But I moved across the city and had to find a new auto repair place. I went to 2 other repair shops and had really bad service at both! I took that as a sign so I'm back to Jones! I don't care if they are out of my way, the service and reliability you get from Jone's is priceless.

A friend recommended Jones tire to me. I didn't have the time or the resources to shop around for tires so I went to Jones on a whim. They gave me an awesome deal on a set of tires. I know that because after I purchased the tired, I did do some shopping around and I got a steal. Fair prices, and friendly too!

Sprint could really take a note from the customer service you receive from Jones Tire and Auto. The staff was really friendly and informative. I did not feel obligated to make a purchase, but after shopping around I came back to Jones. Thanks for being so helpful Jones team!
