We've been using Gaston Jewelers for over a decade and have never had a bad experience. Their customer service is excellent. We've purchased jewelry, had diamonds replaced, had rings cleaned and appraised with never a bad experience. For a small store, they are exceptional at all they do. We highly recommend them.

DO NOT SELL YOUR JEWELRY TO THIS WOMAN! SHE IS A THIEF. STAY AWAY!. I HAD A STERLING SILVER CHONCO BELT AND SHE TOLD ME THE BACK WAS COPPER. THE ONLY PART THAT WAS COPPER WERE THE HOOKS WERE HELD ON TO THE BELT. THE OWNER TOLD ME SHE WOULD GIVE ME $5.00 FOR IT. I WAS OFFERED $200.00 BY ANOTHER JEWELER AND SAW IT ON EBAY FOR $700.00. SHE LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME MY TOPEZ STONES WERE NOT WORTH ANYTHING AND WOULD ONLY PAY FOR THE GOLD. SHE WEIGHS YOUR ITEMS BEHIND THE COUNTER SO YOU CANT SEE WHAT THEY WEIGH. I AM SUPRISED SHE IS STILL IN BUSINESS AND I AM SO GLAD I DID NOT SELL HER A THING. REVIEW THIS WESITE FROM USAA BEFORE SELLING TO ANYONE.

They are the most friendly jewelery store I have ever been in. They take pride in there work and have excellant prices. I have been going to them for the last 20 years. I wouldn't trust anybody else with my jewelry.

Their $4.00 watch battery coupon is a Bait and Switch scam: they charged me $10.00. That wouldn't be so bad, but they cleared my watch: it had over 100 phone numbers in it. When I called to complain, they hung up on me.

I found Gaston Jewelers at least ten years ago. A watch left to me by my father was ruined by another jeweler and I was looking for someone I could trust to restore other family heirlooms. At Gaston, I found the owner, Carol, and one of her employees, Phyllis, to be consummate professionals. We talked about what I wanted and how important the jewelery was to me. Gaston restored a pinky ring (diamond and star sapphire) given to my by my grandfather, another ring (star sapphire) given to me by my mother and created earrings for my wife for a birthday present (pearls, with diamond jackets). I wouldn't trust my jewelery to anyone else. Everything has always been handled carefully, was ready as promised and priced fairly. I can't say enough positive about Gaston Jewelers.
