I spoke with John several times (my fault for the numerous calls, not his) today for general information and he answered each time quickly and was very helpful. With the information he provided, I am trying to resolve the issue myself. I'll send another review should I need his services.

I saw the above reviews and thought I should add my 2cents. Bell Lock is awesome I have used them forever. They closed their shop on 43rd and Bell back in 2010 so the review that says they brought locks in to them in 2013 can't be a true review probably a review from a competitor. Bell Lock is running a mobile only service until they find another location. They are honest, prompt, trustworthy, and have reasonable rates. I will continue to use this company and refer all my friends and family to them.

I contacted this locksmith based on a recommendation and the reviews thinking, "oh good a reliable business." Boy was I wrong. They never showed up for the appointment......THREE TIMES!!! The first time it appeared an honest mistake about what Monday the appointment was for but then they never showed up for the two re-schedules either. They completely wasted everyone's time.

Fastest response I've had yet. Would highly reccomend this company. John did a great job.

This Company Uses a fake address and they have 3 complains with the BBB and much more expensive

This place sucks. Poor customer service and slow service in general. I brought in a few commercial locks for my building for important doors and it takes 2 days? Not even a call or anything about it or nothing after 1 whole day so i called and Mark says he hasnt even started on them? I know when locksmiths are busy but if im paying more than $10 a lock?! Next time I will go somewhere more professional.

They forgot the appointment date. After I called to remind them they showed up 2 hours late and did not have the tools to perform the work. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. I guess they rely on non repeat lock out business. If you value your time and a professional job i suggest you select another lock smith, I did.

GREAT INVENTORY AND BEST DEAL I COULD FIND. THEY EVEN DELIVERED MY GUN SAFE THE SAME DAY.
