OK, I have to vent a little here. Two weeks ago I stopped by Neubarth Lawn and Landscape on Hwy 22 outside Glencoe, MN. I ordered for delivery and paid in full the class 5 base rock and sand to put in a new walk way in front of my house. They committed to deliver it last Saturday morning at 8AM. I waited for two hours that morning and finally called. The person who answered the phone stated Jason the owner was not around and had no one scheduled to deliver it. I said that is ok. I said I would call back Monday to arrange another time. I did. The man who answered again said Jason was not available. So he took my name and number and was to have him call me. Today still no call. I called back again. Got a hold of someone again today. She did call me back after speaking with Jason. He told her he would deliver tonight. I told her that I would not be home until after 530PM and that I would rather he deliver tomorrow as I would be home. She stated she would call him and get back to me. 3PM came around and no return call. So once again I call back. Of course the lady I spoke with was not available. So they took my name and number again (about the sixth time I gave my number) Still no call from them. I highly recommend that anyone needing something from this company proceed with caution. Extremely poor service from them.



So bad I would not give them even 1 star.
