I had my call returned within an hour and set up as a customer in minutes. Excellent customer service and fast response is rare these days, that's why my question turned me into a customer. My service doesn't start until July so I can't comment on that area, but assume it will be just as good. I have friends asking already my experience since I posted I switched to your company from County waste. A friend a local tavern owner who asked me if you do commercial pickup I see took my advice and asked on your page. Many other friends have asked as well and I believe will become customers soon also. If your field team as the same ethics as your office staff, I see your company gaining many more accounts in this area. Getting answer from my present hauler is impossible and when you do it is a rude answer. Pick up in my area has been days late for months with no communication as to why. Keep up the good work and I look forward to being a customer.
