My husband and I have been going to Dr. Carpenter for almost 30 years. He has never missed a diagnosis. He listens, analyzes, and is very good at diagnosing. The most critical event happened last summer when he recognized an immediate complication in a UTI and sent me directly to Glen Rose hospital. Within 24 hours, I was free of pain and on my way to recovery.We think he is the best MD we have ever had! He's funny and personable also. That's very helpful when you are ill!

Due to DR Carpenter's misdiagnosis of a bile leak in the ER, my mother almost died. Dr Carpenter was uncaring and not only incorrect on his diagnosis, but he was also rude and uncaring of her extreme pain and condition. I suggest you use ANY other doctor.
