The price was great and the delivery was fast. I found the staff that answered the phone was highly knowledgeable. Other places I called, they either didn't answer the phone or no one could answer any of my questions.

A company that has no regard to working with someone during a bad situation. I was in the Hospital when they filled my propane tank and my credit card didn't go thru. I was robbed and my credit cards were canceled. Being I was in the Hospital I was unable to get in touch with them. I was there for nine days. I was released from the hospital and came to realize they disconnected my tank. So I'm unable to to shower or cook anything. I know they have a business to run and I totaly understand that. Except when you are robbed and shot, makes it alittle hard to call people to pay your bill. I called and gave my debit card to them. I have to wait for them to come out tomorrow to screw the regulator back in. I explained that to the gentleman I gave my debit card to. That didn't have any affect on him maybe coming to screw the regulator in himself. So tommorow when no one is here he will do that. He said he will have to check to see if it all lights up. Except I wont be here because I'm going to stay with someone else to help with my recovery. I refuse to leave my door unlocked for anyone from that company to set foot in my house on how they run there operation. So I will hire a plumber that I have used before and trust them to go in my house. So make sure if they fill your propane tank, don't be in the hospital for anything major. You will have a surprise when you get back.

An excellent company. I wouldn't use anyone else. I get my propane tank at my home filled from this company and the delivery man is always very friendly. I also use them to fill my bottles. The office staff is friendly and very informative when I have questions. They make me feel safe and cared for when it comes to propane.
