Formed in 1911, Glen Oak Country Club is a golf club and a family center located in the western suburbs of Chicago. Its members get access to a 19-hole golf course as well as other social activities, banquet and wedding catering services. The golf course spans an area of nearly 6,500 yards and has nine fairways and greens. The club also features a lounge, dinning rooms, a kitchen, a grill room, men's and ladies' locker room, and 19 sleeping rooms. Additionally, Glen Oak Country Club houses a bar, a gun club as well as a swimming pool. It is open for many social activities, such as fishing derby, wine dinners, candlelight dinners and junior golf programs for kids.
