Do Not Use This Builder! I paid 7 figures for a 27,000 sq. ft. headache. After 12 years I still have unresolved roof leaks, ground-water problems, and electrical problems. I had to replace every light throughout the building and parking lot. The roof insulation is wet from the leaking roof and rotting insulation drops between the seams in the facing - leaving a mess beneath throughout the building. They've been out to try to fix the roof, but the problem keeps getting worse.Things "professionals" should not have issues with such as the Fire Alarm $y$tem wa$ not being grounded when in$talled. That led to multiple false alarms and knocked out my phone for days during peak business.When I first opened I discovered mice nesting and snakes in places you wouldn't imagine. After insisting it must've been because i had the doors open on a nice Spring day, we discovered a 2-inch gap in the corner of the building - very shoddy workmanship!
