I used to love this church. But when a life change happens that people from the church didn’t understand, I automatically had assumptions made about me and felt very pushed out of the church and unwelcome. Instead of discussing any issues with me, it was discussed behind closed doors and behind my back. This church preaches that everyone is welcome, but really, this means only people they are comfortable welcoming are welcome. The pastor on the other hand is very kind and gracious and listens to what you have to say. She is the saving grace of this church. More members need to outreach their hands and love as she loves. If this church wants to strive to be a church that welcomes sinners, the judgment towards sinners should be left at the door.
