Normally I'd give it about 3 stars but the last time I was there I was disgusted. I'm always very polite as I order and even when things are wrong. I ordered pancakes without butter (it makes me literally ill) and just like they always do, it came with a big blob of melted butter on top. I very politely asked if I could just have the top pancake replaced w/o butter. The waitress took it into the kitchen and the person in charge said "just pull it off and flip it over: no one will know". Because I am nice I didn't say anything when the waitress returned but I felt embarrassed by the fact they thought I was difficult.

We come here often. The staff is great. Food is exceptional. Prices are excellent. Owners are very friendly and wait time is never more than a few minutes.
