took a 2005 ford to them after sending close to 5000.00 with ammoco auto with no results they found the problem and correct it for alot less and solve the problems

Everyone at Ritchie Automotive were extremely kind and professional. I recently moved from PA and needed to get my car inspected. They took me back to my apartment and picked me up when the car was finished. While it took some expensive repairs they kept me updated and informed every step of the way. Even though it took longer than expected they knew I needed it at a certain time so Matt stayed until 10:30 fixing it. As he was test driving the break line busted and he stayed until 12:30 AM to fix it and didn't charge me for that repair. They also put my new license plates on later that day free of charge. As a young women they treated me fairly and made sure I was informed through the whole process! I would definitely recommend Ritchie Automotive to anyone needing car repairs!

Took my 1990 Toyota Camry to Ritchie Automotive for a tune-up. They were very professional. The place was clean. The work was done in a reasonable time and the cost was less than I thought it would be. They also fixed my window. I will definitely be coming back here. Was very pleased.

Needed work on my truck brakes. Ritchie made quick and proper repairs. Im very satisfied. Also found front suspension problems - bad ball joints, a serious safety issue. Fixed those also. Quick, reasonable, very friendly, Will return for all mechanical needs and oil changes..

Had found no one willing to work on my antique Olds F85. Went to Riutchie and they did a marvelous job of replacing the complete brake system. They also found other safety issues of which I was unaware and fixed them.I have found them to be completely honest and friendly, would recommend them to anyone needing repairs or service on any car or truck.

Just had engine replaced on 99 ford expedition.I felt the staff was honest with me from the start. They explained everything to me in detail. The prices were reasonable. I had no "surprises" that I usually got elsewhere. They even stayed after hours for me to pick my truck up. I really appreciated that. I will definitely be going back again.

I have had my motor done for about 2 yrs now and i am starting to have problems. Some are due to Poor workmanship and part due to the quality of the motor. You would think for $5000.00 he would atleast look at it withoutt wanting to charge me a diag. fee. I cannot even drive my truck at this time.
