Pinnacle Properties is owned and operated by incompetent people. They never respond to emails. If you call their emergency line, they never answer. If you make a report to them about something that requires their immediate attention, it is never taken care of . They are also very unorganized.

The customer service they provide is awful. They are very rude when you call the office to ask a question or to report an issue regarding the property they manage.

It's a family owned and operated business. The wife works in the office; the husband-not quite sure what he does (he talks a good talk but sure doesn’t follow through with anything); and the son, he just stands around and smokes and flicks cigarette butts on the ground. A very unprofessional group of people who should not be running a business.
