Just purchased a brand new 2018 Chevy Equinox 2 months ago. I mistakenly chose JBA to repair the vehicle because that is where I purchased it. My estimate was only suppose to take 5 days. It took a total of total of 14 days to get my vehicle fixed. That is 9 days over what it should have taken. After picking up my vehicle I noticed the window molding around my driver’s side mirror looked the same when it was damaged in the accident. I looked over my estimate and this piece was listed to be ordered brand new. I took my vehicle up to JBA. JBA stated they ordered the part but they “don’t know” what the technician did with it. They had to reorder the parts and I had to take a another trip to JBA. I picked my vehicle up and it still isn’t fixed properly after two trips. I will have to go in for a third trip to have my fender placed properly on my vehicle because it wasn’t fixed the other two trips.

We got three bids. They ended up being the least expensive. Dave was the service writer. We just rec'd my car back and it looks BETTER THAN NEW!!!! Highly recommend for great price and even better work!!!

My grandmother used this place and my car was in a accident and figured I'd givem a try and now that's the only place I go. I'm a tradesman myself (HVAC) and know quality work. The work looks like manufactures outside the car and behind where u can't see. Got my car in a reasonable time and they even washed it.
