I'd say this an wonderful place, people are nice and energetic. Also their prices are fair and the very cool, i would recommend them to all!!!

I love Fortune Cooky, it's my favorite Chinese Restaurant. I would recommend it to anyone. There food is outstanding because they don't cut corners. Especially with their Wonton Soup which is cooked for hours and made fresh daily. Not from some box like other chinese restaurants. I love dining in because you get a wonderful experience as well. At the end of each meal you get a hot towel to wipe you hands and face with and a special dessert as well. I would give it A++++++++ on service, food, quality and experience.

I've been going to this restaurant for years and although it changed management in the last year or so, I've always enjoyed the food. They give you so much that sometimes I can make 2 meals from it. I've never been disappointed in the food and even have relatives from Harford County that when they come to visit, want to eat there. I would reccommend this restaurant to friends and relatives and actually have.

This was the worst chinese food i have ever eaten. My wife and I could not even finish our food and we eventually threw it out . The chicken was burnt and did not even have any taste. The shrimp that my wife had was rubbery and taste like it just picked straight from the ocean. I would not recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy. I rather have starved the entire night then ever place the so called food in my stomach.

Every item I've ordered was great. (General Tso, Beef n broccoli, etc) Two other co-workers went their and also agreed with me. Clean restaurant in a good location. They have fast, friendly service and delivered food is always HOT! No other chinese restaurant/buffet comes close. Dine-in or Carryout is offered.
