Absolutely awful experience when I brought my brand new watch (Seiko Premier Automatic) to baribault for resizing. I called ahead and was told they can do this. What a mistake. The people there are friendly enough and one of them took the watch and went to a back room. Then the nightmare began. I heard a lot of loud hammer blows - hammer blows!! The outcome, the watch band was deeply gouged and the three links taken out were utterly defaced and had their pins turned into pretzels. I paid them $16 dollar to have a brand new $600 watch damaged. She used sledge hammer to deal with watches!!!!

I am hoping no one else will have to go through this experience.

I am disappointed with the service I received on my engagement ring. I brought my ring in to have a diamond put back in which fell out. When I went to pick up my ring, I first noticed white spots on it. They had to steam my ring. Then I got to work, only to find a prong not tightened, and another diamond loose. Had to bring it back to have everything tightened. Picked up my ring. Brought it home, and found that the original stone which fell out, is loose again. I paid $150.00, for a lot of aggravation. I will not recommend this jewelry store to any family or friends.
