The soy lattes are great. Customer service is good. The owner is polite. They have a good counter system for ordering, pickup. The soups they have on hand are top-notch, homemade comfort with gourmet attention to texture and cleanliness. The chicken and rice soup is excellent. Atmosphere can be more stuffy and less "hip" because of the demographic. Let's just say the parking lot looks like a luxury car lot most hours of the day. Prices are comparable to any good cafe/coffee place that knows how to make a latte and recognizes that soy and almond milk are a standard offering.
