We looked up the restaurant on line and drive to location, boy was that a big mistake. The first thing we encounter is an over worked waitress that greeted us with ( how many )and then we told her she said ohhh! Like we just ruined her day, she did not heisted to let us know well I am all by my self and we are busy we said ok was very surprised. We had called and asked how long is breakfast serve, a man said 1 pm, we asked the waitress at 12: 15 pm her answer was no we are not serving breakfast anymore, I said we'll someone told us you served till 1 pm, the so nice and over worked waitress said well he don't know what he was talking about ( by the way he was the manager) All I have to say is do not try its nothing but disappointing from service to cleanses . We had to ask for 3 different glasses due to floaters in our drinks, so the waitress finally brings a to go cup and said hope this is ok. Just shook our heads. 45 minutes later here come our food all wrong and cold.i can go on and on. We will never go back, this was our first time and last time.

My husband & I have gone back to the hearth restaurant since the hiring of the new manager & staff.

We left eating at the hearth when the service,food quality,& pricing was poor."we drove miles away for a lunch or dinner".

Now what an amazing turn around with the "service,flood excellence, and friendly atmosphere given to the customers"

Our friends & family enjoy eating there. Thanks Suzette and mike. Our community needed this!
