What amazing customer service. James is the best. I purchased a machine from him, had something in mind. He asked questions to determine my needs and then suggested two different machines and why. I am thrilled with the machine I took home. So much easier than going to a box store and having a customer service person TRY and help you when they have no idea of what it is you are buying. James knows each machine in his shop. Strongly urge you to shop with James.

Looking for someone to service my Kirby. This was the place! They also worked on an older Rainbow of my folks, pleased with the work and the prices. We also took in a rug cleaner for replacement parts. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have a cleaning service have need of a good vacuum store.After shopping at bigger mega vacuum stores, I became very disappointed in the quality of service I received. Oregon City Vacuum was on my route to my jobs. I decided to stop in and try something different. I am extremely happy with the service I receive and love giving all the business I can to the "little" guy. He always fair, honest and there is no pressure on me to buy. I love it.

Always seems to have what I need in stock so I don't need to wait for my part, from bags and belts to steam cleaner hose attachments. He was very polite and helpful and willing to install a part if I didn't know how.
