Never ever go to the bather at PetSmart where Alex ( "the head bather" mind you) was late, rude, bad attitude when the point of him being late was brought up. Alex at the Gilroy PetSmart didn't bother to give commands to my dog when we asked for the Sven to be returned and we no longer wished to use there services. He let Sven drag h through the shop and totally against the training I have put in! Don't go to Gilroy PetSmart for your grooming needs! If this is how Alex treats humans how do you think he treats your dog in the back???? Don't chance it..
