Always a prompt response when there is a problem.They repaired my water pipe in basement at no cost even though I was honest and told them I broke it.5yrs.No complaints here.:)

They are great to rent from they fixed everything we had a problem with and our house was a nice house! Very good people to rent from and reasonable prices!!

several problems with the house itself. Including the only bathtub not being in working order and they refused to fix it. The bathroom would flood from the sewer every time we tried to use it. they do all the electric work themselves and when we first pluged in our stuff it surged and fried our tv, ps4, ect. that they refused to replace or fix them. they also refused to fix our electric in that room. They left a live wire exposed in the wall that easily could have gotten someone seriously hurt. they also assumed we were on government support when we went in to tell them we would be late one month. oh and the heater did not work.
