I was faced with spending $2000 on a new TV or putting my faith in a repair person. I do not have much experience with electronics repair, so I located TCS through the National Electronics Dealers Association website and took a chance. Tony was on time, prepared and professional. He diagnosed the issue and was honest enough to tell me that the problem was not what I suggested that it was. As a result, he did not use the parts that I asked him to bring. He fixed only what was broken on the spot and did not have a problem returning the parts. Altogether it took 60-90 minutes to repair my set at a fraction of the cost of a new one. I would use the business again and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
