Ask lots of questions. I get forced to buy a color I didn't want because they didn't have their most popular color in stock. They suggested I have my stylist tone the hair... which means more money out of my pocket by the way. She suggested 2 packages but failed to tell me they don't do refunds before I left. This also isn't stated anywhere in their store or on the invoice. 10% restock fee and you can only exchange?? Their hours are less and the have moved location. All around felt very rushed and unprofessional. The hair quality has changed. I've been wearing this brand since they first came out. The hair had a digital appearance and had lots of grays/white hair that we had to cut out. Not sure what has happened but this tiny crammed place, the color match persons clothing/appearance and poor service will not bring me back. It's unfortunate as I have loved the quality and availability in the past.
