This company is absolutely awful. Run away as fast as you can. They will keep your documents hostage for about a year and if you need access to them, forget it. Did I mention before we started the process we were told we could request a document and we would receive it in 24 hrs. When you emphasize how important it is that you get a document you had requested a month ago, they will just tell you that "I'm sorry we are having trouble locating that, this is a very complicated process that you wouldn't understand, please be patient we are doing our best to find it". You will never receive it. They will blame you for all their scew ups stating you rushed them. I would never recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of other companies you can go with DO NOT choose this one!
