Previously we purchased a small bookstand from Norwood Furniture and more recently a nightstand. The quality of the furniture is outstanding. During this most recent visit, Susan Rand helped me with the nightstand purchase. She is great, very professional and provides great customer service. In the future, I plan to purchase more furniture from Norwood.

I just wanted to write this quick review to thank Norwood for all the time spent in helping me select sofas. They are in our family room with the fabulous pillows and we love them!

Just wanted to drop a note to say how much I appreciated Hazelyns great service, knowledge, experience and professionalism. It was definitely worth the drive from North Glendale to Gilbert to work with Norwood Furniture.

I wanted to publicly recommend and thank Norwood Furniture. All the staff was friendly and added fun to our experience (from the receptionist, to Larry in finance and Phil in service and many others). It is such a pleasure to shop at Norwood furniture, because they truly understand what customer service is!

I was so lucky and worked with Kevin at Norwood. He spent literally hours helping me pick out a style and fabric for a single couch! I have since been in to place 2 more orders! On every occasion, Kevin has done his homework ahead of time and had samples ready and waiting! He is knowledgeable, flexible, and so fun to work with!

Several years ago my wife and I met Judyth. Since then she has helped us with many project in connection with the decorating of our home. Since Judyth has been with Norwood Furniture, we have visited the store on several occasions and she has assisted us in purchasing several items. Judyth assisted in coordinating delivery and installation of all these items. She was extremely helpful and very qualified in helping us select furnishings for our home. We will continue to work with Judyth and Norwood furniture, and recommend them to all our friends.

Norwood did a wonderful job in helping us decorate our home. They were sensitive to our financial limitations and helped us select items that would have the most impact in making our home beautiful. Although we have shopped there in the past, we have never had an experience like this one. Their designers are talented and personable.

We appreciated working with Norwoods. When we moved here, we needed a houseful of furniture and being new, we didn’t know where to start. So we went to Norwoods, met Hazelyn, and have been so happy with our purchases. Hazelyn spent a lot of time with us, coming to our house and then helping us put rooms together from Norwoods. She has worked within our budget and our needs. We appreciate all the attention to detail and all the work done for us behind the scenes that we probably didn’t even know about. They truly helped make our house our home. We are very pleased and will be back to this store again.

Our Norwood furniture was delivered this morning and we love, love, love it. We are very pleased with Norwood and highly recommend them!

When we paid our first visit to their store in Gilbert, we were greeted and directed to the dining furniture area, plus assigned a salesperson by intercom to meet us. By chance I asked a question of a passing clerk. Jody turned into a helpful salesperson and friend. Her time and interest in helping us was super. Yes, we made a purchase and it was delivered in five days by competent people. It was a pleasure to walk into a well-stocked, carefully arranged store with kind, pleasant, helpful people.

I needed new furniture for a home I recently purchased and headed for Norwood where I had purchased furniture in the past. When I arrived, I was greeted by Robyn McCarthy, a sales associate. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the inventory Norwood had to offer and her exquisite taste helped me pick the perfect pieces for my home. I was always greeted by Robyn with a smile and positive attitude. When I made several more visits to the store, one of the things that pleased me the most, was I never felt pressured to buy, which made me want to buy even more. When I need furniture in the future, Norwood and Robyn will be my first choice!

Robyn and Sandy at Norwood were the best furniture sales people we have ever encountered. They took our floor plan and picked out an entire house full. They still used some of our existing furniture with was a nice touch. They were very professional without being pushy. We have already given them one referral, and we will refer many more!

Our family had a wonderful experience at Norwood Furniture! Our designers were (and still are!) Kelly and Sherri. They came to our home, helped with color selection and helped us to find furnishings that fit our style. Our entertainment center is beautiful. The designers looked through many until they found the perfect one for us. We arrived at Norwood with ideas of what we wanted and needed and left with EXACTLY what we'd hoped for. Our home is comfortable yet elegant. At Norwoood, we got beautiful, comfortable, quality furnishings that will grace our home for YEARS to come. We did not just buy furniture--we made a home. We could not have done it without Kelly and Sherri. Norwood is a lovely store and was a pleasure to shop at. We were proud to have their truck unload in front of our house.

I am so thankful to our sales person, Janet, and all the staff at Norwood for all of the kindness, attention and friendship that they showed to us while helping us furnish our new home. What began as a somewhat daunting and challenging task, was turned into an exciting and pleasant adventure. Their attention to detail and to our personal taste helped to make our home stylish and livable. We are always pleased when our guests, family and friends comment on how comfortable and beautiful our home feels. We attribute this to Norwood and the personal knowledge that they shared with us. Outstanding customer service - before, during and after.

My client was so thrilled with the chaise I helped them acquire from Norwood Furniture that she said she didnt want to go to work the day it was delivered. Instead, she wanted to stay home and stare at it! I work with Norwood for many of my clients and the projects always turn out beautifully. I cant be more happy with Norwood.

Shopping at Norwood has always been a wonderful and successful experience for many of my clients. They are happy with the quality of the furnishings, the service AND the price.
