I went here today for the first time to get my eyebrows waxed. The woman whom waxed my eyebrows did a terrible job and wouldn't listen to what I had to say about the style I wanted. When she finished one I told her I wanted it different and she kept responding with " next time, next time" I was overly upset that she refused to listen and did what she wanted. When she was done they were uneven and nothing like what I wanted. When I went to the front the male asked what happened so I explained and they continued to discuss the situation in a different language not including me. Then all he said was leave and don't come again. I will never recommend this facility to anyone and will continue to spread the word on every site.if I could rate this a zero i would
