As you can see all the reviews on here are pretty old and for a good reason. I wouldn't waste your money here if you are truly looking for an Aveda style salon. I went to them because of their reviews only to be disappointed. They had horrible customer service from the very beginning. They never welcomed me to the salon and made me feel as if I was bothering them. I never received any of the complementary services they told me at the beginning I was getting. I was never even told "Goodbye or have a great day" or "Thanks for coming to Jacar Color Lounge" If I were you, choose one of the other salon businesses in the building.
