I can honestly say i have never been more disappointed in my life. Today i went to get my hair cut and colored at cost cutters. Although I arrived at 3:50, i signed my name to the waiting list and selected what services i would be wanting. I sat patiently and waited even though there were 5 people ahead of me, because as a mother of a 2 month old, i dont get much time for luxuries like getting my hair done. 5 times the 2 girls working walked up to the counter and looked over the list, saying nothing to me. after over an hour wait i sit in the chair to be told that she wouldnt color my hair because she needed to close at 6. I was upset with the customer service after waiting for such a long time to be blown off. I told the hair dresser this, and the fact that i was never notified during the hour i sat next to the most obnoxiuos man ive ever been near to treat myself to something nice that i was extremly upset. She simply said 'sorry come back tomorrow'. well there is no way i will ever return. thank you store #6706 i appreciate your waste of my time.
