I would NEVER recommend this company for tax purposes. On 4-7-16, I rcvd a letter from IRS that my total income for 2014 had been reported incorrectly. I had an appt. with Lea Munn on 4-8-16 to get my 2015 taxes done. I showed her the letter and she looked at my 2014 tax return and she had not included $3,000.00, which I had included, on the paper that she worked off of. She said no problem, she would just file an ammended tax form for me. She has never done this nor will she return any of my phone calls. I now am having to pay someone else to correct her mistake. I am 72 years old and can not fix this problem myself. I have sent a letter to IRS, with her EIN number and reported her. I hope they look at every taxpayer that she completes their taxes. I am also sending a letter to the BBB concerning her lack of concern for her clients. do not use "ALL THINGS TAX" in Gilbert, Tucson, or Mesa Az. Jan Rogers
