My husband and I have been patients of Jim's for 15 years, so escuse me for being biased..He is a great Doctor and a good and friendly man..Looks deeper than any Doctor I have ever been to and is more than competent in his evaluations...

My husband switched from his long, long time physician in Issaquah to Peninsula Family medical as it was near our home. He scheduled an appointment for blood panel to check some levels and also cholesterol- after the appointment we waited for results that never came (either by mail or by phone) so we called several times and left messages for the results to be sent- no one EVER did send them or call to give us the results- this appointment was October 2013- we did not pay the co-pay because they REFUSED to give return calls or mail the results even though Blue Cross paid the crooks- so what do they do? They send my husband a certified letter that they no longer want him as a patient and turned us over to an attorney- yes, they are suing us in court for the $65.78 co-pay and we still don't have the blood panel results- RUN fast from this place- if you have anything seriously wrong you will never hear back and then rather than return a call they sue you- we will be going back to his excellent physician in Issaquah who does his job well and drive two hours to get there- we will be filing a complaint with AMA for the rotten service- RUDE clinic, terrible service and ruthless- rather than ask why we are unhappy they sue- for a co-pay - worst medical service we have ever had- Michele - wife of victim

Dr Patterson is very competent and recognized a problem that no one else had. He is gentle and respectful. It was very easy to feel comfortable with him from the very first visit.

It always amazes me when a clinic has policies about being late, but they don't follow their own rules. An hour late for my fiancee to get in is terrible. The least they can do is let us know how late they are.



I guess this is fairly common ... I can see the front office is not all that concerned about it.
