I called Monday & my appointment was made for the same Thu which I was super excited about, I've been into the office once shortly after they opened this location. My appointment was at 11am and at 9am I received a confirmation text. I drove 20 miles, walk into the building & was told that the Dr was out sick today, that they had called this morning around 7am & left me a message, which later confirmed. I don't make it a habit if getting out of the bed checking my VM.but from now on when I make an appointment I guess that will be necessary. The receptionist did offer too attempt to make me an appointment at University Place, which I declined because I had to work. Then rescheduled me for two weeks out!!! I am in pain! I'll follow through with my next appointment, then I'll decide if it's worth the headache of going back and changing my review!
