We took our ATV to be serviced and repaired. They did the service but had to order parts for the repairs. Should be done in about a week. We called once a week to check on the repairs and got an answering machine each time. We then called from another phone and they answered right away. Obviously they have caller ID. After them having the ATV for 2 months they finally told us they couldn't repair it and to come get it. The ATV had been sitting outside the entire time. It was covered in grass clippings and had a dead battery. Terrible way to run a business.
