The best eye place we have come across. The staff is very professional and they are always great with my children! My 3 year old daughter broke her glasses 4 times and they never charged me to replace them (except shipping) they even fixed them for her after she broke them again just so she could have her eye exam done (she goes to a pediatric eye doctor)! Great staff all around!!!! They know me by name when I walk in I really love this place!

Absolutely the best optical place we've been to... and we've been to a few in the last 20+ years.(Pearl, Allegheny, etc...) Amy has always been great to deal with, the Dr took extra time with us on several occasions to rectify some difficult issues. We'll go back.

My contact price has been marked up drastically!!

I was charged for a "contact fitting" even though the doctor never looked at my eyes with my contacts in. When I questioned the receptionist, I was told to pay the amount, or they would not release my prescription to have my contacts filled else where. When I continued to question the receptionist about this charge, she LIED and said "the tech did the contact exam".

WHAT?!?! #1 no the tech did not. #2 Why is a tech doing an "exam" instead of a doctor?!?!

Wonderful office, very clean, organized patient care, top-of-the-line equipment and very professional, efficient and friendly staff!

Dr. Hsu is both personable and knowledgable! I would recommend Gettysburg Eye Care to anybody.

well after going for my first visit and ordering my glasses, they called to say they were on back order. then we had called back to ask a few questions and then they were there, then we said ok then go ahead with the glasses, it took another 2 weeks to finally get them. they don't seem very customer friendly to me, but then we get the glasses and they have scratches in them and also you can see some writting in the lens, so we had to take them back so we are still waiting for the glasses. I would not reccomend them for your eye care services there are to many out there that would appreicate your business..
