This family business has been around almost 60 years, and the owner is extremely knowledgeable about everything he sells. He is totally dedicated to ethical business practices, transparency, honesty, and long-term customer service. The in-store selection is small but you can order just about anything within a reasonable time frame. The prices are fair, no b.s., and the owner has decades of experience doing repairs in-house. If you have a question, you'll get a 100% honest answer. The jewelry is heirloom-quality, no Wal-mart made in China crap. I wouldn't want to buy my jewelry, or have it repaired, anywhere else.
