They completely destroyed new suit pants! I brought a pair of new wool suit pants to them to have pressed. When I went to pick up, they had several tears in the fabric. They tried to fix with patches but it looked terrible. After several attempts to meet with the manager JJ, he agreed to pay $30 for damage and told me to meet back in 1 hr to pick up check. I went back and he was no where to be found again and again. Poor customer service! I would stay away from this cleaner at all expense!

Worst cleaners ever. Loyal and repeat customer until they ruined my shirt and then had the store manager call me and inform me that they weren't interested in keeping me as a customer and the only thing they would do is give me a store credit. Why would I want a store credit when you just ruined my shirt?
