Provided by YP.comI needed to get a copy of my prescription, lost glasses and leaving town. I called when I was 20 minutes away. They said it usually takes longer. When I arrived they had done nothing to get the prescription. Asked me to have a seat I did. I checked back in ten minutes they finally got up to find it and then said they needed a signature. Eighteen minutes later I had the signature. Drove to Lenscrafters. I picked out new frames and they put together glasses in 28 minutes. It took longer to pick up my prescription than it did to make new glasses.
