Provided by YP.comThe young lady that generally answers the phone or works in the store has two moods; snotty or judgmental.
They will rent, collecting in advance, defective equipment and then dispute the working condition after the fact. We recently rented electrical lighting and outdoor heaters from them. A chandelier had a short in the wiring; per an electrician that tried to install it. One of the heaters would not ignite properly. Only be turning the gas "full on" and using a pocket lighter could we get it "work."
