Ferrellgas is the best propane company on the Divide and beyond. They take great care in making their customers satisfied and happy 24/7, rain/snow/sunshine/freezing cold or hot. Their service man (John) is always there for you with just a phone call and takes great pride in helping you when needed in a very friendly and professional manner. The delivery guys also go out of their way to try to keep all their customers happy and satisfied.

We have used them for only a little bit now, since they let our tank run out 4 times, even though it is on an automatic delivery schedule. They were also not very helpful on the phone.

I am a patient man folks, but this company is a joke... after 20 years as a "keep full" customer, they let my tank run out, and have promised to "send a truck right away" for four days now. Eight calls over four days, on hold for 30 minutes three different times on Sunday until my portable phone battery finally died, and have watched the truck drive by three times, promised over and over that "they are on their way", I was finally told that their storage facility "ran out" of gas. How does a propane company "run out" of propane? And more to the point, why didn't they tell me that in the first place? I was told to have someone at the house so they can re-light the pilot lights, so here I sit waiting for a truck that was apparently never sent. I've not had hot water or heat for four days now. RUN, don't walk from Ferrell gas folks... find another propane company.
