In 1950 Badger Precision Spring, Inc. was originally founded as Harvey Spring and Stamping Corporation in Chicago, Illinois. In 1970 Harvey Spring and Stamping moved to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and in 1983, Harold Armstrong, along with his wife Christine, bought the company and renamed the company Badger Precision Spring, Inc In 1985 the company moved to its present location in Genoa City, Wisconsin. Located 45 miles southwest of of Milwaukee WI - 65 miles northwest of of Chicago IL - 60 miles southeast of Madison, WI.
