While some restaurants may have dining rooms open, others are serving customers through the Drive Thru, with Mobile Order & Pay on the McDonald's App, and with McDelivery®. McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

I just got back from grabbing a bite to eat in the drive through and once again, my order was incorrect. I'm sure they have gotten more than $20 extra from me this year just from forgetting to put things in the bag. I'm pretty sure they have screens for that. Read and check before providing the order for crying out loud. I'm tired of going back through the drive-through or running back in to get what was forgotten. I'll give them this though, when it's right, its good. I find myself going less and less, which is probably better for my overall health anyway.

Time after time, again and again, our drive-thru orders are incorrect. Either meals are missing items or completely wrong altogether. Tonight we were missing an entire meal! Unfortunately, the same mistakes happen when we have gone inside, too.

Notably good service experience

Great service and prices! Love the new decor and the employees have always been so nice and helpful! My son wishes there was a play area, but other than that, our food and experiences have always been great there!
