Provided by YPmobileThis Lowe's has the potential be a fantastic store. If you know exactly what you need and where it's located then this is a 5* store for you. However, if you're not sure about what you need or know where to find it then this a 2-3* store for you. Finding someone to assist you is close to impossible. Even the red "I need help" buttons don't always work. Once you find an employee to help, they might or might not know the answers you need. I've heard the following response more than several times. "hi can I help you. After reciting everything needed you hear "this is not my usual section, but, if you wait there I'll find the person working this area". Then no-one comes back. This are not an isolated cases. It's every time you go there. Employees like these will ruin a business. Wake Up Lowe's you're losing customers. Otherwise good store.
