This was a Very Good experience for me! I moved here from out west where we had trees but not like here so I was so confused on what I needed to do and uneducated. I called TreeCare they were prompt, very well organized and extremely knowledgeable when it came to trees. I was a little scared at first due to not knowing anyone local but they made me feel much better! Tree work isn't the cheapest thing but after calling a few other companies I found these guys were in the ball park and after the time they spent explaining everything I made the decision to go with them & I'm so Glad I did!

They did a great job more than I was excpecting ,will hire them again with my next tree service. Thanks

James and his crew are by far the Best Tree Company I've ever had. I've had some bad experiences in the past and some good ones but from the time James answered the phone til the day they finished my yard it was Great. They showed up when they was suppose to, laid down plywood to keep from ripping yard apart, and raked up ever stick! I def will use this company in my future services and recommend them!

This company just removed 5 trees from my property. They were very large trees and two of them hung over my home, one was leaning over the top of the home from the front yard and extended into the back yard. They also had to raise the canopy on one tree that had many large limbs over my home. They got it all done in two days. They were very professional and very careful. I highly recommend using them. He had to use a crane on one and tree climbers on the others because of the steep hill that is my front yard. They had many ropes and tied everything off to keep it from damaging our home.

This company is terrible! They dropped part of a tree on my house and refused to pay for the damage! Hire a different company - professionals who know what they are doing because this company is nothing but trouble.

Fantastic job! Everyone involved was professional, knowledgable and efficient...additionally they worked hard and cleaned up before they left. I appreciate their honesty and good natures. Would definitely recommend them and already have! They will be back soon to help my neighbor with his yard.

We contacted 3 tree services to give us a quote on removing a tree in our back yard. It was a difficult tree and all companies explained that however James went into details in describing the process and the task that would need to be taken to remove. James was not the cheapest nor the highest but said he would match the price if someone priced it lower. I called him and he did! They had to bring in a crane and I got to say these guys are Gifted! As James explained on day one the process was exactly the same as he told me it would be. Step for Step. Though he told me NO I even decided to pay them the price of most expensive bid bc of there Work ethic and politeness. The guys was amazing and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Over the weekend, we had a Bradford Pear tree split and fall on our property. it landed on our fence and in our neighbors yard. After a prompt call back from Mr. Terry he came out and gave us an estimate for removing the downed tree and another Bradford close to our house. Not only was he prompt, but was able to start the work next day.



His crew arrived and was very professional and explained the process they were going to take in removing the trees. We were so pleased with their work we had them trim 4 more trees on the property.

Today I had 2 trees removed. The Clean up was better than expected, and service was Great. Had called 5 tree services and James was the first one who showed up on time as well as kept in touch with us during the process the whole time. It has rained and kept them from getting to it when wanted to but James made sure to touch base with us. Id recommend this company.

James Terry has did our Trees for years! From his grandfather to him they have always did an Amazing Job! Most of the work he has done have been Emergency do to trees falling on my rental properties. This last time James came out Late on Saturday night around 2am and job was started on Sunday morning. You will not regret using James Terry. he has done business for my family for 20+ years and I appreciate all they do and will always use them!

Boys just left a little while ago. Great service, Very Professional, and James had a lot of knowledge for what he does. They are our New tree guys. Bottom Line! So Happy :)

We have been getting quotes for the past month and out of 10 companies that I found right here on yp the only one who showed up on time when he said he was coming was James Terry! Everyone else either showed up late or never showed up at all! We called James back a few days later to set up appointment to do the Job and he fit us in within the week. James & his Crew took out 12 trees for us and did an Amazing Job! The Job was done Professionally and the Clean up was Better than it was when they got here. What else I liked was James did not ask for a Deposit or any money during job. His Insurance was up to date with General liability & also Workers Comp.
