The physical therapist, Brandon Vanhook was not attentive nor did he demonstrate correct /proper usage of equipment throughout my physical therapy treatments to improve my effectiveness and preparation to return to work in a timely manner.
I'm not sure whether to continue my therapy treatments there due to lack of interest with therapist. This facility was recommended to me but I would not highly recommend Brandon at this facility..

The lady on the front desk "Pam" is very rude and disrespectful. She needs to learn about customer service. A friend recommended me that facility but I'm not sure if I want to go there.
