We are a full service property and casualty insurance agency focused on providing the appropriate protection for the risk at hand coupled with superior customer service. Pegram & Noyes is locally owned and operated by Lance M. Noyes who has been a licensed agent for 16 years. The agency in Gastonia is only one of several dozen agencies operating in NC. The first Pegram office was opened in 1983 by Rick Pegram who recognized a need to give consumers different rates and coverages based on their current situation. As an independent agent the opportunity exists to “shop” different insurance companies for the best rate instead of being handcuffed to one company and one price. Since that time the Pegram group has grown to be one of the largest independent agent groups in NC.
