Money hungry establishment who does not care about the people. They will get there money regardless after all we all need electricity right? With the millions, billions that we the people pay, doesn't matter if there is a problem with your bill. These people are crooks putting it lightly. Straight up crooks. Wish I didn't have to give my hard earned money to this place but even though power could be free that's a whole other topic in itself. Look at your billing statements don't let this establishment steal money make sure you actually keep up with your bill for any flunctuations or discrepancies. Also if you are late on a payment and request a simple payment arrangement you will get rejected. There is no excuse for the lack of morally minded customer service reps at this company. Sadly we are all prisoners to the system and have to pay to have electricity however sometimes life happens and when it does help the consumer with a simple payment areangemt after all without all of us you wouldn't even be in business.
