I do NOT recommend!! Had this company come out on 3/15/16, emptied septic tank, was suppose to recement drain line from house, never did. 1 wk later started draining in the yard again when washing machine was used. Me and my husband have called numerous times for 3 wks and left msgs for a return call, which we have yet to receive one. Now today owner is out of town until next wk, and no one can come look at the issue bc they are too busy, but drain lines can be put in for $1600. LIVID!!

Incredibly disrespectful and dismissive. Told them I needed the septic pumped and a drain line put in. They failed on every level to come out and talk to me about the job. Pumped the tank and then (when pressed), said they'd come out later put the line in, but they'd have to charge me for pumping the tank again. Employee sat there and blatantly tried to undercut his employer. So not only are they disrespectful, they're dishonest as well.



When I expressed dissatisfaction. one of the owners called me. I thought maybe he was going to attempt to make it right, but he wasn't. He wanted to explain to me how their lack of communication among themselves and their dropping the ball when scheduling the work that needed to be done was somehow my fault.



If you're looking for a plumber, keep looking.

Do not hire this company. They tell you that they will do a job and they don't do it properly. In my house they went to empty the septic tank and took off without even communicating with me. I called back and they said they did not come inside the house because nobody was here - a lie. Then, they told me they would come back and never did. Called the office back to get answers and nobody would care. They told me they were done and charged my card. They did not even call me back to say if my tank was full or not. There is no excuse for unprofessional behavior. I had to end up hiring another contractor to do this job. Paid twice. Think twice about hiring this company.

The owner and son are very nice...but they have the laziest and the most disrespectful employees....
