i agree good parts

they do have good sh%$. i tried bionic and got screwed on a bad side mirror. it happens.they do exchange. and let you know they have better parts for a little more money. (less miles) when u ask

Do your home work kids. . !

they have GREAT PARTS . . . because they buy the new cars. . they spend the money to get those parts off the car, AND.. they also EXCHANGE any parts in 90 days.. SO for you cry babies saying they screwed you... YOU DID NOT LET THEM FIX THE PROBLEM>>>relax tell them, and try another part. NOT ANOTHER COMPANY. you bought used, you knew. try again that's all.

Sold Broken Part and Refuses Refund

Recently I purchased a Transfer Case, for a 2006 Toyota Sequoia, from the company. I was assured that the Part was in good working condition. I sent my delivery driver to retrieve it. He drove over 200 Miles to retrieve the (very expensive) part. When he returned, I instructed my mechanic to check it over before beginning to work on the 2006 Toyota Sequoia. Upon his inspection he noticed that the part was broken. He informed me of this right away. After learning of the broken part, on 01/24/2014, I immediately contacted I-80 Auto Parts and spoke with Bob. I informed him that the part was broken and that I would like to return the part for a refund. I even offered to pay to ship the part back to them, but they will have no part of the return.

Steer clear - they don't pay thier bills!

We are a freight carrier for I80 and they do NOT pay their bills - steer away if at all possilbe. they really know how to dodge the bullet of responsibility

dont buy from these guys

they dont stand behind the parts they sell you and they dont fully disclose the condition. wehn you contact them they give some story. watch out for them. they should of not sent the item.

Got great parts at good parts

I needed parts for my 2011 Hyundai Sonata and got almost brand new looking parts at a fraction of the cost of new. I would be going back there again next time I need parts!

Rude counter people

the counter people are rude they don t wont to answer any question they dont follow thru on requests if i did not need the parts for my car i wood not do business with them.

Will spend money for something new with better service next time!

I needed a rim without wanting to go to the manufactor I finally found one at I-80. I called twice and both times I was told they had the rim I was looking for. I'm thinking "ok great...it might not be brand new but it will work". I get in there and Josh says..."let's pull it and we will bring it around". Well, the rim wasn't at that site...remember I called them twice and I was told twice it was there! At that point I should have left and just went and got a brand new one....my first mistake! What dumb move I do next....pay for the thing after Josh guaranteed me it will be in "waaayyy" before close of business at 6pm. As time go buy I don't get a call. I call them back only to get the rudest person Satin himself created! It won't be in until tomorrow. I have to work mind you. After I got angry now the rim will be in right at closing which is what I wanted to avoid so I can get it put on! The dip shyt's got my money this time but NEVER again. I'm going manufactor from now on!!

Great Company!

Bought a set of air bags from I-80 Auto Parts. Came well packed, exactly as ordered. Later had a problem that turned out to be not related to what I bought from them but they offered to stand behind it anyway. Very helpful, very well informed. Would highly recommend.

Sick of Being Screwed

I 80 auto parts in Gary Indiana sold me a bad engine they said the engine tested good.When I try to return the engine for a refund of 500.00, they where very rude and refuse to give me a complete refund and charge me 150.00$ for a restock .fee. Give me a breakThis is a multi million dollar corporation am just a part time clerk trying to make it in this awful economy They sold me a bad engine 500.00 and I was charge 150.00$ restock fee.
