Was a good service until there was a problem. I was a client for 3 years. There was a problem with entry to my house on one of their visits. When trying to understand how the problem occurred, the dogsitter Jessyca lashed out at me and immediately terminated my service. My advice - if they have keys to all your doors, make sure they are carrying all of them. I found out the hard way that they do not keep all keys together. Tried to contact the owner to briefly discuss what happened and never received a call back. Rather unprofessional in that regard.
