Got my refrigerator fixed thru Eric. He worked really well and made sure that the problem is resolved. 2 of my neighbors also had a good experience with them. I will definitely recommend E & M to others.

I have done business with this company since 1996 for my own home, as well as for my rental property needs. I trust the owner and the appliances they sell. The appliances are thoroughly checked out and reasonably priced. I once left my key under the door and found my stove delivered and connected. Obviously, I trust these folks to do what they say they will do. I highly recommend this store for your appliance needs. I have had many dealings with this store and have often referred family and friends, and they too have been pleased.

Worst Repair Service in the Business This was the worst repair service company I have ever dealt with. They offer no customer service. If you are expecting them to show up despite an appointment YOU have to call them or they will absolutely not show. They rescheduled 3 out of 4 visits to repair a simple dishwasher boot on a very common model. Over 3 weeks, 3 service calls, 3 no shows the dishwasher was still not repaired despite them being paid in full. No to mention how many phone calls it took just to get some one out. They left the kick plate off and the dishwasher loose in the cabinet. They offer nothing but excuse after excuse when you call to find out what is going on or why they have not shown up AGAIN. We finally cut our losses for the $60 service fee and went with another reputable company that immediately fixed the problem. Avoid this company at all costs. They are the worst in the business in my experience. There are many other great repair services in the area.
